About Baja Paws Rescue
Our Mission
Our mission is to create healthier, happier lives for dogs and cats across Southern and Baja California by delivering accessible spay and neuter services, quality medical and preventative care, adoption pathways, and meaningful community programs.
Our Spay & Neuter Program
Every month in Ensenada, we provide free spay and neuter services to approximately 150 animals in need. These efforts not only help control overpopulation, but also reduce the spread of disease and prevent unwanted behaviors. Since 2023, we’ve made a lasting difference—preventing over 7,200 animals from reproducing and improving countless lives in the community.
Gray Tails
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. Gray Tails was created to support our elderly communities by bringing the comfort and joy of animal companionship to their lives. These visits give our rescue animals valuable time to socialize while residents enjoy meaningful, heartwarming interactions with our sweet rescue babies.
Our Nursery Program
Every year hundreds of infant animals are orphaned and require specialized care to survive. We have a dedicated team of bottle feeders committed to their needs.
